DO NOT ban other chat moderators.
DO NOT delete any non-insulting messages.
Only ban when: heavily insulting, spamming, trolling etc.
Note: DO NOT ban an IP 2 times (I'll know if you do so)
IMPORTANT: If you ban an IP accidentaly, you should know that you CANNOT unban him. So, the only thing you need to do is to let me know the exactly hour when you banned him.
