Better Ssgt.Griffs from COD 4 Mw ?

1. What is the exactly name of it? : Ssgt Griffs from Cod 4 Mw
2. Where can I find the model? : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1ViB9v7ihU&feature=related ( 4.30 ~ 4.45 )
3. Why do you really want it? (less important) : I know there is already a model of Ssgt.Griffs by Macmillan but i don't like it becuz some part of it kinda buggy and not fit to animation mods so i hope you can do it .. me very like him :)
