simple questions

I see this animation mod on pack with UsArmyRangers from modsbypaul98.blogspot.com

so , i search in blogspot , don't find that animation ...
i like this animation is realistic , hold weapon like real soldiers ...
have a link with download ?   thanks for understanding  ;D
